Can you make returns from anywhere in the world?
Yes, you can return any product you buy within the time limits and conditions of return.
How can I return my order?
To return your order you must fill in this form and send it to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will contact you to inform you of the nearest Access Point and the process you should follow to return your order.
What can I return
If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you can return any garment you have purchased at its original price, within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product.
If you exceed the 14 calendar day period, you have up to 30 days from the day you receive the order to return it in exchange for a coupon for the value of the returned product(s).
Can I return the products in any condition?
No. We only accept returns if they meet the following requirements:
The product label is kept as it was sent, without damage or alterations.
The product does not contain any kind of stain or damage from the moment it is received by the customer.
The product has not been used or damaged by the customer.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with everything that was inside at the time of shipment.
Who is responsible for the return costs?
For international shipments the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product. Remember that we operate from Spain.
Toff&Trapp's will take care of the costs of returning products, for shipments throughout Spain except the islands. Only when the product is to be replaced by another one from the store. Otherwise, it is the customer who will bear the return shipping costs.
Toff&Trapp's reserves the right to not pay the costs of return shipping if abusive practices on the part of the customer are detected (continuous returns of the same product or other practices contemplated outside the normal operation of an online store)
